1. Acceptance

By using teeny-tiny.tools ("the Service"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

teeny-tiny.tools provides privacy-first website analytics. The Service includes a JavaScript tracking snippet, a data pipeline, a query API, and a web dashboard.

3. Accounts

You must provide a valid email address to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and API keys. You must not share your API keys with unauthorized parties.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service to collect personally identifiable information beyond what the tracker collects by default
  • Intentionally inflate pageview counts or abuse the tracking endpoint
  • Attempt to access other users' data or accounts
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or exploit the Service infrastructure
  • Use the Service for any illegal purpose

5. Plans and Billing

The Service offers free and paid plans. Paid plans are billed monthly via Stripe. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, after which you revert to the Free plan.

We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice. Existing subscriptions will not be affected until their next renewal.

6. Usage Limits

Each plan has limits on the number of sites and monthly pageviews. Exceeding these limits may result in reduced service or a prompt to upgrade. We will not hard-block your website's tracking without notice.

7. Data Ownership

You own your analytics data. We do not sell, share, or use your data for advertising. We use your data solely to provide the analytics service to you.

8. Data Retention

Analytics data is retained according to your plan's retention policy (1 year for Free, 3 years for Pro, 5 years for Business). After the retention period, data is archived and eventually deleted.

9. Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee 100% uptime. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any data loss, downtime, or damages arising from the use of the Service.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us at support@teeny-tiny.tools.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
